Weeks 1–2
Setup
We help configure 3–5 exhibits with your content — descriptions, images, audio if you have it. You get QR codes to print and deploy alongside your existing signage. NFC tags optional.
Analytics consent
We use analytics cookies to improve exhibit experiences and platform reliability. You can accept or decline now, and change this later in your browser storage settings.
Free Pilot Programme
No commitment to buy. No upfront cost. We help you configure 3–5 exhibits, you run them with real visitors, and we review the results together at the end.
Who it's for
Museums, galleries, and heritage sites in Ireland that want to see how digital interpretation works in practice — before committing to any plan.
How the pilot works
Weeks 1–2
We help configure 3–5 exhibits with your content — descriptions, images, audio if you have it. You get QR codes to print and deploy alongside your existing signage. NFC tags optional.
Weeks 3–8
Visitors interact with exhibits through their own phone — no app, no login. You watch scan analytics in the curator dashboard, test multilingual content, and collect real engagement data.
Week 9
We review results together — scan data, language uptake, curator experience. You decide whether it's the right fit for your institution. No sales pressure at this meeting.
What we ask from you
After the pilot
If it works for your institution, Explorer is €149/month — below the procurement approval threshold at most Irish cultural institutions. No committee sign-off typically required, no long contracts needed to continue. If it doesn't work out, we part on good terms.
Availability
We are running a small number of concurrent pilots to keep the support quality high. Applications are reviewed within 3 working days.
