What You Need To Get Started

Hardware is simple and inexpensive.

TapGlyph works with standard off-the-shelf NFC tags and printed QR codes. You do not need proprietary hardware or specialised installation.

NFC Tags

~EUR0.30-EUR0.80 per tag

Standard NTAG213/215 stickers. Available from any NFC supplier. Self-adhesive, mountable behind plaques or on surfaces.

QR Codes

Free - print yourself

Generated directly from the curator dashboard. Print on card, add to existing signage, or include in printed guides. No special hardware needed.

Installation

No tools required

Tags peel and stick. QR codes print on paper. A 10-exhibit pilot can be physically deployed in under an hour with no contractor needed.

We recommend NTAG213 tags for most exhibits. If you are unsure what to order, we will guide you through hardware selection as part of onboarding.

Professional Onboarding - EUR499 one-time

Available for Explorer or Studio. Included at EUR249 when bundled with Studio annual. We guide setup, content structure, curator training, launch checklist, and a 30-day post-launch check-in.

Pricing FAQ

Can I switch plans? Yes. You can upgrade any time and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at renewal.

Do I pay per language? No. Every plan includes all 8 supported languages.

What counts as an exhibit? A single NFC tag or QR code with associated text and media.

Can I try before I buy? Yes. Scan the QR on the demo page to see a live exhibit, then book a guided walkthrough of the curator dashboard before committing. Irish museums can also apply for a free 6-week pilot before committing to a paid plan.

What NFC tags should I buy? NTAG213 stickers work for most exhibits and cost under EUR0.50 each from standard suppliers. We provide a hardware checklist as part of onboarding.
